Using this set of tutorials

Select a topic from the list in the right column.

The numbered topics are movies that show you how to carry out the required steps. Each movie has a control panel you can use to back up, pause, fast forward and replay the media.

The bullet topics are web pages that cover the topic in a step by step manner with no movies.

Each page will open a new browser window for you to view the tutorial.

Close the new tutorial window to return to this main menu.

System Requirements for these tutorials

1. Macromedia Flash Player installed on your computer. Get it by clicking this link.

2. Version 5.0 or better of Internet Explorer or Netscape, Safari, Mozilla, Opera. Nearly any graphical interface web browser will work.

3. A connection to the Internet. You can use these tutorials at dial-up connection speeds of 14.4 or better (56K or better recommended).
