You'll use this set of pages to create and use the infrastructure for your assessment system. You can:

Portfolio Structure Pages

These pages give you some control over the structure and appearance of the portfolios that are produced. They also help you manage the gallery images and file types that the students can include with their work.

  • Image Manager- Define the default library of online pictures that are available to be used in portfolios.
  • Tables of Contents - Set up a page structure for portfolios.
  • Themes - Establish a set of looks students can give their portfolios.
  • Uploading - Set file types that can be uploaded, and the maximum size for each uploaded file.

Assessment Pages

Use these pages to assess work, run analysis on the assessment results, and store those reports.

  • Assessments - See a list of results by rubric or by Table of Contents.
  • Library - Manage material that will showcase your institution.
  • My Assessments - Assess work that you've been sent.
  • Reliability- Assess the quality of the assessment process.
  • Results - Create reports by aggregating or disaggregating data.
  • Status Reports - Run reports on specific groups of people that include assessment and demographic data.

Site Structure Pages

You use these pages when you're setting up various aspects of your assessment system, and you'll need to come back to them if you find you want to make changes to how you assess work.

  • Demographics - Make a survey that will give you options to dissaggregate your results data.
  • Departments - Create groups so that students only see rubrics, TOCs and assessor lists that are appropriate to them.
  • Rubrics - Write the scoring guidelines that your assessments will be based on.
  • Pegging - Lets you assess work and reports using percentages and letter scores.
  • Standards - Tie your institutions assessment goals in with those of a national body.
