From these pages, you can manage and maintain your site. You can:

Site Management Pages

  • Site Settings- Set options for forgotten passwords; change what information is requested from students at registration and login; Allow assessors to see all assessment for a student, not just their own.
  • Users - Manage user accounts; reset passwords; search for users by category or name.
  • Codes - Add multiple codes at once; add new users; see how many bulk codes you have remaining; see who has been given access to use them.
  • Capacity- See the patterns of usage on your site.

Newsflash and Newsletter Pages

These pages give you a way to share information with your users and keep them informed of current events. News can be either sent as a Newsletter email, or as a Newsflash when people log in to use their ePortfolio (shown below).

  • Newsflashes - Draw peoples attention to new things as they login to use different services.
  • Newsletters - Send out emails to user groups.
  • Newsletter Recipients - Decide who sees the email newsletters that you send.
  • Newsletter Events - See when newsletters have been sent out, and when users choose to opt in or out of receiving this service.
