Site Management Pages

• Site Settings- Set options for forgotten passwords; change what information is requested from students at registration and login; Allow assessors to see all assessment for a student, not just their own.
  
• Users - Manage user accounts; reset passwords; search for users by category or name.
  
• Codes - Add multiple codes at once; add new users; see how many bulk codes you have remaining; see who has been given access to use them.
  
• Capacity- See the patterns of usage on your site.

Newsflash and Newsletter Pages

These pages give you a way to share information with your users and keep them informed of current events. News can be either sent as a Newsletter email, or as a Newsflash when people log in to use their ePortfolio (shown below).

• Newsflashes - Draw peoples attention to new things as they login to use different services.
• Newsletters - Send out emails to user groups.
  
• Newsletter Recipients - Decide who sees the email newsletters that you send.
  
• Newsletter Events - See when newsletters have been sent out, and when users choose to opt in or out of receiving this service.

• Bulk password change- Change passwords for many users at once.

Share Information

• Make a Newsflash- Add an information note that will appear to people as they login.
  
• Make a Newsletter- Once you have people that have opted in to receive newsletters emails, you can then write the message to send out.
• Start or stop receiving newsletters- Opt in or out of the newsletter email service.
  

Site-wide options and performance

• Change site-wide settings- Are they asked for a student ID number? What happens if they've forgotten their password? Etc.
• Start or stop automatic emails- Every time you get an assessment, you get an email. You can switch this off or on.
• Show/hide all assessments- Choose whether or not to let assessors see all the results for a student, no matter who has carried out the assessment.
• Check your sites performance- When was traffic heaviest?
