Users Page: Add User
From here you can paste text of users details. You will need a valid Bulk Registration code (with a positive balance) to put in the Activation Code box- these codes are listed on the codes page. The Individual Registration codes aren't useful for creating an account in this way.
If you don't have a Bulk Registration account code to hand right now, you will find it easier to create a new account through the Add Users link in the Codes Tab.
If you do have a Bulk Registration code, then click the Add User(s) link to get to the following screen:

Put your Bulk code in the Activation code box, and the account information (name, email, etc) in the larger text box underneath. Full name and email are compulsory for creating accounts.
Any text that isn't adjacent to an @ sign will be taken to be part of a name rather than an email. If you want to add multiple lines of users, the code you put into the Activation Code box must be a code that has been verified for multiple users.
The Advanced Form
To add data that has already been structured into columns, the Advanced Form link at the bottom of the page lets you tell ePortfolio how to import each column:
The Advanced Form gives you the chance to import data in a multi-column format, so that you can include information such as Student ID along with the student's other details.
The data should in Tab delimited form if you have saved the data in Excel, or you can input it straight into the text box with commas separating each of the columns.
Passwords
For the safest security option, allow ePortfolio to assign a random password. You can do this by not including a column of passwords. If you do include passwords, they should be between 6 and 50 caharacters long, and can be made up of any combination of number, letters and symbols (except tab and comma).
