Assessments - Set Time Horizon
At the bottom of the administrator's 'Assessments' screen you will find a link to 'Edit Time Horizons'. This feature controls how far back the service displays old assessments, either in the main page of the assessor and advisor screens, or on the assessment tab of administrators and sub-administrators. The date set will affect how far back assessments are shown in the assessments tab. This is intended to be reset each semester, so that only current information is shown. It should speed up these screens, as less data is pulled from the database. You might also want to do this if you have been testing or demonstrating the administrating process, and you want further analysis to exclude these assessments. To set a date, or change an existing one, click the Edit icon. You can then set the day from the first drop down box and the month and year from the second.
