This page gives you an idea of the speed with which we are delivering the pages to you.

Average Delay- Less than three seconds is good, and now we've introduced load balancing, you should find times are much quicker- 2 to 3 tenths of a second.

Average Delay shows the mean speed for each hour during a day and also shows not only the speeds but the loads that are being sent to our servers.

Type of User

Average Delay in this section is shown by the type of user and the load imposed by each page feature visited. This is
helpful in diagnosing any latency issues in your network (if Chalk and Wire are delivering pages at a given time at .2 seconds but at the same time users are waiting 5 - 10 seconds then we know the issue is some place between us and their users' machines).

Again this can help us work with local IT people to determine the probably causes of problems in the time taken to carry out tasks.
