Themes Page

A Theme defines the overall look of your portfolio The colors of your portfolio, where the page links appear and the banner image at the top can all be changed in one click by choosing a theme.

As an administrator, you can set what themes are available for the students to choose from. This is done from the Themes page:

Next to each theme preview, you'll see the number of portfolios that currently use it, as well as other details such as when it was made, and so on.

Actions for each theme:

	Action	Description
	View Artifact	See a full-page example of each theme.
	Edit	Change the html template that makes up a theme.
	Move Up	Moves a theme up or down within the list, changing the order that people see themes when they go to select one.
	Move Down	Moves a theme up or down within the list, changing the order that people see themes when they go to select one.
	Delete	After checking with you, this permanently removes a theme from the list. If there are any portfolios which use this theme, you cannot delete this theme.

Add a New Theme (administrators) - As an administrator,it is easy for you to create a new theme, or as many themes as you like in Chalk & Wire. View the Video Tutorial called 'Creating a New Theme'.
