You can also add video and audio to your portfolio page. The upload process in Chalk & Wire for video and audio files includes an automatic conversion and compression of the original file. All common types of video files are accepted. Audio files must be mpeg or mp3 files. The maximum (original) file size for upload of video and audio is 100 MB. Upload of video and audio files is done in the portfolio edit mode.
Click the ‘Add Content’ link on the top navigation bar. Scroll down to the Video and Audio heading. Expand the section by clicking the expand/collapse icon.
Choose whether to allow the video to be shown at full screen size.
Choose whether to start the video playing when the viewer accesses the portfolio page.
Choose the horizontal position for the video or audio file on the portfolio page.
Choose the video screen size.
*If you want the video to open in a new window, select the 'Show as Text Link' option. The name of the video will appear on the portfolio page as hyperlinked text*
Click ‘Browse’ to locate the video or audio file on your computer. Click ‘Upload’. The uploaded video will be added to the Video folder in your Artifact Library. [1]
Click ‘Save’ at the top of the page to save your changes and return to the portfolio page. [2]
