Image Manager Page
The Image Manager page lets you define your own Image Galleries. You can group pictures together in folders that will be seen by all ePortfolio users within the chosen department.

You can also set separate Image Galleries for different departments- if you choose None from the department dropdown menu, the image groupings will be seen by everyone.

Actions for each theme:

Rename |
Change the name of a folder or image. |

Delete |
After checking with you, this permanently removes a folder or image from your online account.
- If you delete an image that exists in a portfolio, that image will be replaced by blank space.
- You must delete all the images in the folder before it can be removed.

Move Folder |
Lets you put this folder or image somewhere else in the gallery. Use this to move something to another folder.

Move Up |
Moves a folder or image up within a folder. Use this to reorganize something within a folder.

Move Down |
Moves a folder or image down within a folder. Use this to reorganize something within a folder.

You can also:
- Add Folder to Current Folder - This will add another folder inside whatever folder you have currently selected. To add a folder to the first gallery level, click the Gallery folder before clicking this link.
- Add Image - This will let you upload a new image to put into the gallery at whatever folder you have currently selected.
