The Image Manager allows you to define your own site-wide ‘Image Galleries’. These are images that are available for everyone’s use on your site, and that appear in folders in the Image Galleries of individual eportfolio accounts.
There are a number of stock images already in folders in the Image Gallery. You can rearrange and regroup pictures together in new or existing folders. You can upload additional images that can be accessed by all eportfolio users.
You can create different ‘Image Galleries’ for different departments. If you choose 'None' from the department drop-down menu, the image groupings can be seen by all departments. Custom banners that you upload can also be accessed by all users, and saved into their ‘Personal Images’ gallery. The folder called ‘Images for Themes’ is a logical space to store banner images for use by everyone in customizable portfolios.
