Rubric comments are entered directly into the rubric criterion. [1]

Each criterion within the rubric can have a separate comment. Score the criterion and enter your comments in the box. [2]

When students check their results on the ‘My Results’ page, rubric comments are visible by clicking the ‘View’ option in the drop-down menu. [3]

Rubric comments can be edited during reassessment. [4]

 

 

Add a portfolio comment by clicking and dragging your cursor to highlight the text on the portfolio paragraph. [1]

The ‘Edit Comment’ dialog box allows you to enter an audio comment, comment on spelling or grammar, or add a text comment. Click to save the entry as a ‘Regular [text] Comment’. [2]

View, edit, or delete the comment on the portfolio page. [3]

After completion of the assessment, the comment is visible by choosing the [Work] option from the drop-down list in the Actions column.

To add audio comments, you must have a microphone connected to your computer.

Click the 'Add Audio Comment' button and record your comment. [1]

Click the 'Allow' button. [2]

Record the comment using your computer microphone. [3]

Click to save your recording.

Click again to save the comment as recorded.

Review your comment by clicking the 'Listen' link or delete the comment and re-record it.
