Administration > Newsletters Page Newsletters Page: Add NewsletterBefore you create a newsletter, make sure that people have opted in to receive your messages. This is done by listing the 'opted in' users in the Recipients Page . Once you have recipients for your emails, you can then go ahead and write your newsletters. To create a new newsletter email, click the Add Newsletter link at the bottom of the Newsletter tab:

An example of a newsletter email (above) Newsletter emails sent out may contain personal information, including information which would allow an unauthorized person to log in to the recipient's account on Chalk & Wire. Do not use this feature unless you are sure that the e-mail addresses recorded in the database are accurate, and that they will result in secure delivery to the correct person. When you have finished composing your email, click OK and your newsletter will be added to the list of unsent emails in the Newsletter Page. To send it, click send to preview the email and send it (below):
The preview will look something like the one below, which lets you check the details being sent out, and who receives the emails:
Click OK to send the newsletters. |
