MY PORTFOLIOS PAGE - Portfolio AssessmentInformation about portfolio assessment; including submissions, and checking results. When you've added content to your portfolio (such as reflection pieces, images or artifacts), you're then ready to submit it for assessment. Go to the page in your portfolio that you want assessed, and click the Submit Page link at the top of the page :
No Submit Page link? If there are no rubrics linked to this page, the Submit Page link will not appear at the top of the page. If so, please check that you are submitting the correct page, as you are trying to submit a page that your university hasn't set the grading criteria on. Only pages where assessment rubrics have been linked by your university can be assessed with the Submit Page option. If you confirm that you are on the correct page, ensure that you have added content to this page. You cannot submit a page that does not have content added to it.Demographic Survey When submitting an assessment for the first time, you may be asked a few questions about yourself and the courses you are in. Answer these accurately, as the information from them is used to create reports for your university. You won't have to answer questions again, unless new ones are introduced in the future.
Choose Your Rubric If there is more than one rubric attached to the portfolio page, you will be given the option of choosing one or more rubrics for assessment. If you are to choose more than one rubric, you will see checkboxes. If you are to choose only one rubric, the options will have radio buttons.
If the rubrics have due dates, cut-off submission dates, or if there is a maximum number of times that the assignment can be submitted, you will see an explanation next to the rubric on the Submit Assessment screen. The rubric's selection box will be grayed out if its due date, cut-off submission date or maximum number of submissions has passed and you will not be able to select this rubric for submission. If there are multiple rubrics attached to the portfolio page, which have different due dates, cut-off submission dates, or maximum number of submissions, you may still be able to submit to remaining rubrics. If so, choose your rubric(s) and click the Continue button.
Choose Your Assessor You will then be asked who you want to send the assessment to. You are given a choice of assessors that will vary depending on which department you put yourself in on the My Portfolios screen. Choose the assessor who will grade your submission and click Submit. If you can't see the person that you want to send the assessment to, check which department you are in from the My Portfolios page.
Your submission will then be confirmed, detailing which section you have submitted and which assessors will receive your work. Checking Your Assessment There are 2 ways to check your results:
