My Portfolios - Organize Your Portfolio

The pages in your portfolio can be modified in a number of ways- you can re-organize elements on the page, add new pages, and change the look of the whole portfolio.

Changing the order of content

Content is added by adding paragraphs. When you click on the 'AddContent' link you are adding a single paragraph to the page. The order that paragraphs appear on a page can be changed by the Move Up and Move Down icons, as shown below:

Adding new pages

When you create a customized portfolio, like a Showcase Portfolio, you can add your own pages. To do this, use the Add Page link, available on the top navigation bar when you are editing your portfolio.

Click Add Page, give it a name and a new blank page will be added to the bottom of the section that you are currently editing in your portfolio. When you navigate to that page, you can then rename it, delete it or move it to another section in your portfolio using the links at the bottom of the page:

Changing your portfolios theme

The easiest way to quickly change the entire look of your portfolio is by choosing a new theme. The color and layout of each theme is different, but the content you add will still be the same and remain in place whenever you change a theme. Here are some examples:

To change a theme, edit your portfolio, and click Edit Details at the top of the page:

Choose a suitable theme from the list, and click OK at the bottom.
