Highlight and copy the student names with scores from the spreadsheet. [1]
On the ‘My Assessments’ screen, click the ‘Import Assessments’ button. [2]
Select the department to see a list of department rubrics. [3]
Select the ‘response’ date. The date you choose will be reported as the assessment date. [7]
If you wish to manually enter student names and scores, choose the delimiter that you will use to divide columns (pipe [|] or comma [,]). Otherwise, leave the delimiter set to ‘tab’ and paste the list of student names and scores into the text box. Remember that you cannot type the data in and use spaces as delimiters. [8]
Paste or manually enter the student names and scores, separated by your chosen delimiter, into the text box. If you are pasting from Excel, be sure the delimiter is set to ‘Tab’. Do not include column labels (headers) in your data. [9]
Define each column using the drop-down menus. Click ‘Continue.’ [10]
The final step confirms that the data has been entered successfully. Click ‘Return.’ [11]
