To share with an individual Chalk & Wire user, click the ‘Share’ link on the top navigation bar when you are editing your portfolio. [1]
Choose the 'Share with an Individual' option. Select the recipients from the drop-down list of system users. Begin typing the name, and the list will present suggestions. [2]Select the individual pages to be viewed. [4]The message says that the share has been successful. [6]The portfolio recipient can view the portfolio page from the My Portfolio page by clicking the ‘View’ icon in the ‘Portfolio Activity’ section. [8]
