Students and other Current Users
Whether you are a student, faculty member or administrator, we know that sometimes you just need a little help. You can reach our support desk seven days a week by phone (866-949-6800 x1), email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Twitter (@chalksupport).
Expired accounts are not purged, but remain available to renew. If you are a current student and need to extend the time on your account, you must contact your local administrator or the point of sale where you purchased your original account and renew through them. If you have graduated or left your institution, please click here to renew by check or follow the steps below to renew by credit card.
Payment for alumni renewals by credit card:
1. Complete the form below and submit.
2. Within 1 business day of the form being received, an email with a link to the invoice will be sent to your email address.
4. Click the link to view the invoice and then click to pay by credit card.
5. Once the payment is received, the correct renewal duration will be applied to your account on the same or next business day.
